Privacy policy

थोक pe. ("the app") is operated by SitioLabs ("we"). It connects wholesalers ("stores") with the retailers who buy from them ("customers"). This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.
What we collect
Account: your mobile number (used to sign in) and your name. If you sign in with Google, your Google account name and email.
Business details you enter: shop or store name, owner and contact names, WhatsApp number, GSTIN, delivery and shop addresses, store description and photos.
Orders and payments: what you order or sell, prices, order status, delivery details, and payment records (amount, method, reference).
Device: a push-notification token so we can send order and account updates, and basic device and app information.
Usage analytics: which screens are used and app events (via Google Firebase Analytics), to improve the app.
Website forms: the name, mobile number and details you send through the early-access form.
The camera is used only to scan a store QR code or to photograph products when you choose to. We do not collect precise location, contacts or messages.
How we use it
To sign you in and keep your account secure. One-time codes are sent and checked by Google Firebase Authentication.
To run the service: catalogues and prices, orders, payment records, notifications and reports for stores.
To bill stores for their थोक pe. plan, to contact people who asked for early access, and to prevent fraud and abuse.
Who can see your information
Stores you join see the business details you give them and your orders and payments with that store. Each store sees only its own customers and orders.
Service providers that process data for us: Cloudflare (hosting and storage), Google Firebase (sign-in, analytics), Expo (push notifications) and Razorpay (online payments).
Online payments to a store are made on that store's own Razorpay account; card, UPI and bank details go to Razorpay, not to us.
Authorities, when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
Security and retention
Data is encrypted in transit. Payment-gateway keys that stores connect are encrypted at rest. We keep account, order and payment records while your account is active and afterwards as long as needed for legal, tax and accounting obligations (usually up to 8 years for financial records), then delete or anonymise them.
Your choices
You can view and update your business details in the app, turn off notifications in your phone settings, and ask us to delete your account at /delete-account.
थोक pe. is a business app for traders and is not directed at children under 18.
